Sarah Bregais a fashion designer/stylist turned street artist. Before graduating from the prestigious Fashion Institute of Technology, Sarah traveled, studying with the European masters in the couture houses and textile mills of France and Italy. She has designed store concepts for Bulgari, Piaget and Judith Leiber. Her styling can be seen in Vogue Nippon, among many others. However, she describes her proudest accomplishment as painting murals at relief spaces used by victims of Hurricane Katrina while volunteering with Emergency Communities in New Orleans. It was there that she learned the power of street art. Now known by her tag name “Edy,” a reference to Andy Warhol’s famous muse, Sarah adorns New York with images of beauty and social consciousness. This would be this Episcopalian’s first trip to Israel, a place that has recently become her inspiration.
